Put your preparedness work in place from the ground up.
For companies, critical suppliers, and larger organizations that need to build their preparedness work but lack an established structure today. We guide your team through six practical steps, from training leadership to a finished risk and vulnerability assessment.
More and more organizations face concrete questions about how their operations can handle extended disruptions, crises, and heightened readiness. These demands come both from public and private sector customers and from Sweden's Total Defense work.
In many larger companies, key subcontractors in construction, industry, and energy, and national federations, there is no established routine for preparedness planning. Building a methodology from scratch, training managers, and mapping the entire organization internally takes significant time away from core operations.
With our guided six-step process, you do not have to start from a blank page. We train your leadership on what is expected, run the mapping work alongside your key personnel, and build your preparedness structure together with you in Ordnad.
We drive the process
Our specialists guide the work from start to finish. We train the management team on how the methodology works and what Total Defense expectations mean in practice, and we lead the working sessions along the way.
Right question to the right person
Your managers and specialists do not have to fill out heavy templates. We gather information through short, targeted requests where each person only answers questions relevant to their own area.
Easy to keep up to date
When the six steps are complete, you have an informed leadership team, a finished assessment in the platform, and a clear routine for updating the work next year.
From kickoff to complete
preparedness planning.
We combine training, guided working sessions, and the Ordnad platform. We provide the structure and methodology so your team can focus on contributing knowledge about your operations.
Kickoff, leadership training & scope
We start by setting the scope for the work. Your management and steering group get a practical walkthrough of what continuity planning and Total Defense expectations mean for your industry.
We run the training session, review customer and procurement requirements, and set up your organizational structure in Ordnad.
An informed steering group, clear scope, and a ready workspace for your companies, departments, or units.
Core deliveries & maximum acceptable downtime
Together we decide which deliveries, products, or functions must be kept running during a major disruption, and how long an outage can last before consequences become severe.
We lead working sessions with operational leadership and help you prioritize what is most critical to protect.
An agreed list of your most important commitments and how much downtime each part can tolerate.
Mapping dependencies, sites & suppliers
We map what is needed to keep your core deliveries running: facilities, power, water, IT systems, key staff, and critical subcontractors.
We send targeted questions to the right functions internally (such as IT, procurement, facilities, and operations) and to selected suppliers to build the map.
A clear overview of how your functions, sites, and suppliers depend on one another.
First risk and vulnerability assessment & bottleneck testing
Based on the mapping, we compile your first complete Risk and Vulnerability Assessment (RSA). We then test what happens to operations during scenarios like an extended power outage, IT failure, or supplier halt.
We compile the assessment, review the test findings with your team, and make sure the report is ready for review.
A complete RSA report (exportable to Word and Excel) and a clear view of your most critical bottlenecks.
Prioritized action plan & crisis organization
Identified weaknesses are turned into a practical action plan showing what gives the best effect to fix first. At the same time, we set the structure for your crisis organization, roles, and backups for key staff.
We prepare decision material on which actions to prioritize and help you shape a clear crisis management structure.
Prioritized action plan with assigned owners and a documented crisis organization.
Scenario exercise, leadership briefing & annual routine
We finish the build-out by running a practical scenario exercise with leadership and presenting the results to the board or executive team. We also set the routine for following up next year.
We lead the exercise, join the leadership presentation, and make sure your team can easily maintain the work going forward.
Completed scenario exercise, ready decision and tender material, and an established annual routine.
