General Terms of Service for Ordnad

1 Scope and Nature of the Service

Ordnad provides a cloud-based platform for organizing information, preparedness planning, and compliance support. The Service includes digital tools, templates, guidance, and automated features.

The Service is designed as a support tool to facilitate the User's internal processes. The Service does not constitute legal advice, certification, or formal audit. Ordnad does not act as legal counsel or advisor to the User.

2 User Responsibilities and Account

To access the Service, the User must register an account. The User is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
• Protecting login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to the account.
• Ensuring that all data uploaded to the Service does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

3 Disclaimer Regarding Compliance and Advice

Ordnad strives to keep information and templates updated and relevant. However, the following applies:

• No Guarantee of Results: Ordnad does not guarantee that use of the Service leads to full legal compliance or approval during government audits or external assessments.
• User Responsibility: Decisions based on the Service's output, analyses, or suggestions are taken entirely at the User's own risk.
• Expertise Required: For binding legal assessments or complex compliance issues, Ordnad strongly recommends that the User consults a qualified lawyer or expert in the specific field.

4 Special Terms for AI-based Features

Certain parts of the Service utilize artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to generate analyses, summaries, and verifications.

• AI-generated Content: The User is aware that AI systems may generate incomplete, misleading, or incorrect results (so-called 'hallucinations').
• Duty to Review: All AI-generated content should be considered drafts and must be reviewed and validated by an authorized person at the User’s organization before being used as a basis for business decisions.
• Limitation of Liability: Ordnad assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect consequences of decisions made based on AI-generated analyses.

5 Intellectual Property

• Ordnad’s Rights: All content in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, text, logos, and methodology, belongs to Ordnad or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
• User Data: The User retains ownership of the data and information uploaded to the Service. By using the Service, the User grants Ordnad a limited right to handle this data in order to provide and improve the Service.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Ordnad shall under no circumstances be liable for:

• Indirect damages, such as lost profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of data.
• Damages resulting from interruptions in the Service's availability.
• Inaccuracies in documentation generated by the Service.

Ordnad’s total liability toward the User for all claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to an amount equivalent to the total fees paid by the User for the Service during the preceding twelve (12) months.

7 Changes to the Terms

Ordnad reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For material changes, the User will be notified via email or through a clear notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes enter into effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by general court, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
